Laurel Tootle

Laurel’s legal carrier began over 26 years ago.  She earned high school credits through the DECA program while working as a file clerk for the managing partner of a large workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm.  She continued working as a legal secretary as she started college.  To further advance her career, she made the switch to an insurance defense firm where she would spend 17 years as a paralegal, and later the firm’s bookkeeper.  She has been an integral part in the start-up of 2 law firms and continues to serve her clients, and her passion for law at Kelley & Associates.

Laurel is married with 2 children.  Her husband is a chief in the US Navy.  Aside from law, her passion is spending time on the waters of coastal Carolina with her family.
